January 22nd, 2010 Budget packets for the upcoming allocations will be available Monday, January 25th. They will be available in the SGA Office or by contacting Shawn Fidler at Shawn.Fidler@live.longwood.edu. These packets will be due by February 28th and meetings will be set up with each individual organization for the Committee to ask any questions about the submitted budget. Following the question and answer meeting will be an allocation meeting where the Student Finance Committee will allocate funds for the next fiscal year. January 1st, 2010 New SFC Bylaws were approved at the last SGA meeting of the Fall Semester and are available on this site under the "About the SGA" menu link.

All Student Finance Committee meetings are held on Thursdays at 6:00pm in the Amelia Room located in the Student Union. To be placed on the agenda for the week, please contact Shawn Fidler at Shawn.Fidler@live.longwood.edu by 8pm on the Wednesday before the meeting.
