It’s that time of year again.

FARMVILLE, VA. — SGA, the student government association for Longwood University would like to inform campus organizations that budget packets for 2010-2011 allocations are available for all in the SGA office or on the SGA website, www.longwoodsga.org.

The Budget Packets and all other documents that are needed will be due by February 28th at 5pm. Please turn all paperwork into the SGA office in Lankford Student Union. There will be NO EXECEPTIONS, so all organizations must plan and prep ahead of time. Sports Clubs must contact the Longwood Sports Club Council for their allocations which will occur through a process determined by them. After February 28th all other organizations will be notified by Treasurer Shawn Fidler of the date, time, and location of their question and answer session and allocation session. These two events are mandatory and the organizations must contact the treasurer immediately if they cannot attend. The question and answer session and allocation period will take place during the month of March beginning on Tuesday, March 2nd.

.

The Student Government Association hopes that all organizations will get their packets as soon as possible. We also hope that this process will be as easy as possible for all parties involved. If any organization has any questions please visit www.longwoodsga.org for more information or contact Treasurer Shawn Fidler at shawn.fidler@live.longwood.edu. All organizations can also contact any member of the SGA Senate.
