a.       Doug Howell- Apartment Sign-up process

                                                                                 i.      Apartment sign-up process will be accessible in the students rooms

                                                                               ii.      Longwood Village will remain just for juniors and Seniors, the Landings will remain for Juniors, Seniors and Rising Sophomores, Lancer Park will be available for Juniors, Seniors and Rising Sophomores

b.       Swearing in of Judicial Board Members

                                                                                 i.      President Patterson swore in the new Judicial Board Members

c.       Presentation of the Cup- John Scott gave the cup Lizzie Holl for helping the new Senate Members.

VIII.             Open Forum

a.       M.C. Hoyt – the passing out of Flu kits on October 29, 2009 for 2-5pm in conjunction with Student Health Partners.

b.       Jessica Snyder- Concern with Visitor Parking on Campus. Could they possibly use commuter parking?

IX.                 Orders of the Day

a.       Executive Report – President Patterson

                                                                                 i.      Open Forum on Thursday at 6:00pm in the Ballroom of the Student Union

                                                                               ii.      Budget workshops for all of the clubs and organizations. This meeting will be mandatory for treasurers to attend.

b.       Committee Reports – Committee Chairmen

a.       French Club- motion passes

b.       Photography Club- Tabled until constitution is re-worded
