a.       Cam Patterson: Dr. Jordan Ghost Stories at 8:00 on Iler Field tonight

b.      Caitlin Revene: ADPi Open House 8:00 tonight

c.       Emily Van Daniker: Hearing negative feedback on the Master Plan that was put in the Rotunda

d.      Amanda Mason: Class Council will be meeting tomorrow at 6:30 in the Union

e.       Chris Yeatman: Thanks to all that came out to Phi Tau’s memorial walk

f.        Cameron Marshall: Happy to Announce that he now has a full Freshman Class Council, added a new position as Event Coordinator that is Kara Mountain

VIII.         Orders of the Day

a.       Executive Report- Caitlin Revene

                                                               i.      Dr. Pierson would like to push us to go out to “Meet the Teams” on November 10th at 6:30 in the Gym, this will be an equalivent to our Lancer Madness.

b.      Committee Reports: Committee Chairman

                                                               i.      Big Event: Josh Rolfe

1.      Meet this Monday at 7:00 in Curry Commons

                                                             ii.      Constitutions: Tara Coney

1.      Longwood Club Field Hockey: approved

                                                            iii.      Campus Impact Report: Jordan Miles

1.      Provided a Project Update for the Senate to look over. There are various projects going on around campus to renovations and new buildings that will be happening around campus.

                                                           iv.      Social Committee: Marquis Mapp

1.      He is trying to plan an event for all of us to attend to just hang out and mingle. This would be like a movie night and pizza party.

2.      Committee will pick a date and get back to us with his plans.

3.      There is a Holiday Party in the works as well.

IX.              Old Business

X.                 New  Business

a.       SFC Report- Tom McArdle

                                                               i.      Needs all the names of the drivers to the SGA Retreat so that they can be re-paid for their gas.

                                                             ii.      He will be electing a new Vice Treasurer, e-mail Tom if you are interested.

b.      First Reading SGA Bylaws Revision- Cam Patterson

                                                               i.      This is just a First Reading, there are no questions. This bill will go to the LA committee to make revisions then they will present the Bill to the Senate for approval next Tuesday. Only clarification questions are allowed.

                                                            ii.      Conference Proposal Guidelines

c.       First Reading SGA Elections Revision- Jordan Miles

                                                               i.      This is just a First Reading, there are no questions. This bill will go to the LA committee to make revisions then they will present the Bill to the Senate for approval next Tuesday. Only clarification questions are allowed.

                                                            ii.      General Elections Procedure and Process (article V. of the Constitution)

XI.              Open Forum

a.       Amanda Mason: Lipsync is tomorrow at 9:00 and BMOC is Thursday at 8:00 both in Jarman, wear pink on Thursday!

b.      Emily Van Daniker: my committee please stays after the mtg. real quick.

c.       Cam Patterson: Everyone but exec. please stay after the meeting for a few minutes, everyone will be assigned a RSO to be the liaison for them to the Senate your club and their meeting time will be given to you at a later date.

d.      Brandon Fry: LA Committee meeting will be this Monday at 3:00 and again at 7:00 in the SGA Office

e.       Caitlin Revene: ask around to the campus where they believe more bike racks so be placed on campus. Committee placements for the Freshman and new members.
